The 3rd International Conference for Building, Construction and Environment Engineering

The 3rd International Conference for Building, Construction and Environment Engineering held in Egypt by the Building and construction Department Engineering / University of Technology in cooperation and participation with the Egyptian Menoufia University in Sharm El-Sheikh from 23 to 25 October 2017. The Conference was held in the presence of representative of President of the University of Technology and the representative of the President of the University of Menoufia and Head of Building and construction Department.

During the conference, 200 research projects were conducted in the fields of structural engineering, architecture, water resources engineering, health and environmental engineering, geomatics engineering, road engineering and project management.

Geomatic Engineering Branch

The Geomatic Engineering Branch was established in 2012 as it represents the first branch in this field in all Iraqi universities and thus we are the pioneers in this specialization, which places additional responsibility on the teaching staff for creativity and advancement in this field by keeping abreast of scientific and technological developments in all fields. Which is applied in this specialization, since the term "space" no longer accurately covers all the tasks that deal with this profession.
